The space
The space includes a small private living room with kitchen, the bedroom and bathroom. It is on the main house structure and has other rentals next to it. Sunset Suite is located 35 minutes away from the SJO international airport, and 20 minutes away from the Poas volcano. It is possible to organize popular activities from the Sunset Suite, i.e., you may want to explore the Poas volcano, followed by a tour at La Paz Waterfalls, and/or a coffee tour nearby (Starbucks/Britt/Doka). You may also find a number of local restaurants offering typical Costarican cuisine that are worth visiting.

Sunset Suite is within our family property - Quinta Esencia. Guests can have full access to the common areas including the property gardens, and the river within the property.

Good to know
Please note that you will also share the gardens with our family dogs - which are very friendly - and they will probably want to guide you to the river. They have been adopted and are totally inoffensive.

You understand this is up in the mountain 20 mins from the city and public transport and restaurants are limited Two Friendly dogs and its owner live in the property Quiet Time after 10PM

Absolutely a beautiful place from start to finish. The flowers around the place were incredible. Excellent location close to airport. Amazing restaurants, close by. They gave me a recommendation for a massage and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning! Expansive views of the valley, and Luis’s place is spotless and well-kept. It was the perfect launch point to enjoy a coffee, enjoy the views, & relax the day before our flight from San Jose. \n\nWould recommend in a heartbeat.
